John Deere Snow Blowers

Known primarily for agricultural equipment, John Deere also produces five different models of snow throwers, including one professional model. The snow blowers clearance widths range from 22 to 30 inches on the residential models and have engines ranging from 5.25 ft.-lbs. to 15.50 ft.-lbs. gross torque power. All the blowers have electric push-button starters. The models come in single-stage and dual-stage throwers. In addition to snow throwers, John Deere also offers snow-clearing attachments for mowers and tractors.

Special Features

All John Deere snow blowers feature Briggs & Stratton engines. Remote chutes are standard and have a turning radius of either 190 or 200 degrees. The dual-stage blowers also include tool boxes for clearing out brush. Dual-stage blowers feature friction disk drive with six forward/two reverse speeds. The 1130SE Dual-Stage model features the Easy Steer drive system that gives continuous power to both wheels.

Warranty Information

All John Deere snow blowers come with a two-year consumer warranty and a 90-day commercial warranty. Snow blowers aren’t privy to the “John Deere Promise,” which is a 30-day money back guarantee. Only an authorized John Deere dealer can handle warranty work.
